what to expect
The Finest Playa Mujeres Resort is a 4.5-star all-inclusive resort located directly on the beach. An all-inclusive resort is a resort in which the rate per person/room rate includes boarding and unlimited food/beverages (yes, alcohol included for those of age!). Your room rate (provided by Enlighten Excursions) includes round trip shared transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport and the Finest Playa Mujeres resort. A shuttle will pick you up from the airport to the resort.
The weather in Mexico is hot and humid with averages in the 80s year around. Humidity is lowest during Dec-Feb and increases the closer you get to August. Hurricane season starts in June and continues through November. There is a gentle breeze that comes off the ocean on most days, so make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen because the breeze makes it easy to forget just how hot and strong the sun really is!

The closest airport to the Finest Playa Mujeres is Cancun International Airport. You may choose to book your flight through our Travel Coordinator or directly on your own. For friends and loved ones living in the US, you shouldn't have any issues finding direct flights to Cancun.

Make a $100 initial Deposit in June or July and pre-authorize 6 or 7 equal monthly installments
Pay as You Like
Make a $100 Initial Deposit using the payment form & then pay as you like using the 'Make Payment Feature' on this site (Please note: 50% of total room balance must be paid by 11/16/18)
Automated Final Payment
Make a 50% Deposit anytime before November 16, 2018 and pre- authorize One automated final payment on February 16, 2019

While your presence at our wedding in Mexico is gift enough, if you do wish to purchase something off our registry, please ship it to our home. Avoid the extra baggage fees and save room in your suitcase for swimsuits and flip flops!
what to wear
Welcome Reception
Summer cocktail attire.
Wedding Day!
Summer formal attire. The Stone Gazebo and Gran Palapa have solid flooring so heels will be fine. Dress to impress, but also dress for the elements (sun, sand and water). Anything you'd wear to a nice restaurant on a summer night is appropriate. Focus on breathable, natural fabrics and lighter colors to fit in with the environment.
